3 Apps To Help You Stay Fit This Holiday Season

We live in 2016! Technology makes life so much more convenient, so if you are not using technology to enhance your exercise and diet plan, you’re missing out. Here are a few great apps to download and start using today.

 

Calorie Counter: MyFitnessPal may be the best calorie counter on the market (and it's totally FREE), but there are a million others. Just input your food and the app will do the rest, by tailoring a diet plan and letting you know how many calories you can eat per day.

 

Step Counter: again any step counter will do, but just be sure to keep your phone in your pocket at all hours. Using a counter can be fun and competitive. Try averaging 10K steps a day and see how high you can go (we once did 40K steps in a day).

 

Running Group: most running apps (like the Nike app) have groups and communities where you can compare runs, encourage each other and find races. If you start using an app like this, you motivation will go through the roof.
