Are you looking for a new bike? Or have an old one you want to sell or donate? Then head over to the Mar Vista Farmer’s Market this weekend for a huge bike sale/donation. The market will be hosting a forum for people to donate, sell, or buy a new bike. Essentially, you can show up and try to strike a deal. Some people will just donate their bikes (and strollers, scooters or anything with wheels) which will go to help fund various Mar Vista Community event. Other people will swap bikes, or buy them straight out.
The market is held on Sundays from 10am to 1pm. This weekend a community bike riding group will be in attendance taking sign ups for anyone looking to start training or just participate in a friendly riding group on the weekends.
